How do I pay by Demand Draft?
You can courier/mail your Demand Draft payable at Delhi to our postal address -
Make Demand Draft payable at Delhi in favour of Omkar Silk House and please make sure to write your e-mail address and Order Number on the back of your demand draft, to enable us to credit your account correctly and mail to the address -

How do I get invoices?
After you make an order marked to be paid by cheque / demand draft payable at Delhi, send a e-mail message to sales@omkarsilkhouse.com, asking for an invoice. We will either mail or fax it to you, and your accounting department can send a cheque / demand draft for the order.

How will I receive my orders?
All the orders are shipped by Registered Book Post. Once your orders and payments are fully processed, we pack your items for shipping. Our couriers deliver these items at the Shipping Address submitted by you while completing your order.

What is Shipping Address?
The address where you want to receive your orders is called the Shipping Address. It could be your home or office.

Do I pay any shipping charges?
If the order is shipped within India and order is below Rs. 25000 than Rs. xxx will be charge per order otherwise shipping is free in India. If the order is shipped outside india than actual shipping is charged to every order.
